Great location near lifts and shops. Our spacious room with balcony was cleaned daily even when we slept in. The buffet meals were delicious and varied, with different themes each evening. The friendly staff were always available with a smile. The breakfast spread was the best we've had in the Alps. We will definitely come back!

Some rooms can be basic and not all are accessible by elevator. The towels could be better, and it would be nice if there was enough soap without having to ask.
